Member Post: Integrated Environmental Technologies Ltd.

Good Evening SecretCaps members,

I came across an interesting microcap company I wanted to share - Integrated Environmental Technologies Ltd. (IEVM). this company has gone from a development company over the last 10 to 12 years while diluting shareholders, to a revenue and I believe massive growth into the future. before 2014 their revenue was little to none, however with the current wells they are treating which is around 80, their TTM revenue run rate is now plus $500,000.00 and as additional wells come online, which seems to be happening faster than they can fund (recent capital raise ecotreatments.com ) it seems massive revenue growth will continue. It’s obvious they have been serial diluters of shares, but I believe that this recent capital raise which wasn’t put to retail, but to strategic investors might be the last of the dilution to existing shareholders and to me looks like a good time to start nibbling.

The share count must be atrocious to SecretCaps members, but I think the growth that comes with this and the non-existent coverage from sell side and mainstream at this time would be beneficial to getting in now. Their plan is to add more depot's and treat more wells which seems to be the desire of their clients also. Their target for 2015 is to have a revenue run rate of $1M/month. So, to go from basically $100,000/year to 12M/year in revenue seems to be an attractive proposition, even if they achieve half of this.

however, I would like for the more experienced investors to please look for faults in this company so that I can make sure that I am covering my bases with regards to the pros and cons of the company.

Cons as I see it are as follows

1. serial diluters of shares over the years
2. little to no revenue over the years.
3. they don’t seem to communicate well with shareholders (maybe it’s just me)

Pro's as of 2015

1. Did a capital raise of almost $2M with strategic investors, not the general public to expand Depot's and hire additional staff
2. gone from development to actual production with 80 wells being treated.
3. current revenue run rate is plus $500,000/year and slated to grow to hopefully $12M/year.
4. Wells with H2S problems are abundant.
5. their product is superior to other products as there are no toxic by-products.
6. the potential of this market is 2.5 up to 5 billion while they are just a 20M market cap company.
7. they have now started to do presentations and interviews as seen in the links below.

Full disclosure, I am obviously biased as I own shares and have been adding up to yesterday and more than likely will add today at current prices. But I think this is early days and thought of sharing this with SecretCaps members.

feedback is surely welcome especially counter arguments.
